Meet the echelon Leadership Team
Formerly known as MCA group, we’re a team of highly experienced corporate and workplace psychologists, leadership and mental health experts, neuroscience aficionados, and tech-savvy, innovation-driven entrepreneurs.

Nathan Steinheldt
B. PsychSc (Hons), Registered Psychologist
Developer: Gradual, Understate, Lateral, Concept, Self and Respond, Visual/Auditory
Nathan Steinhardt’s late-career transition into corporate psychology and leadership coaching was fueled by his realisation that the human aspects of leadership were his true passions.
Today, he is a specialist in leadership coaching and training, organisational culture review and development, change management, and career management and an invaluable member of the MCA group leadership team.
Naturally curious, caring, thoughtful and insightful, Nathan is widely respected for his ability to help leaders reflect upon, understand, apply and drive change so that teams can truly collaborate and thrive.
His approach to consulting is highly collaborative, preferring to work closely with clients as part of their team rather than as an ‘external advisor.’
Nathan’s career began at KPMG, where he spent five years as a consultant honing his skills in solving complex enterprise problems and managing organisational change for his corporate clients. He then spent a decade within the Victorian Public Service, including a six-month stint as an acting executive, leading and managing teams, building positive culture and tackling performance management challenges amongst his operational tasks. His extensive experiences have informed his approach to working with government and organisational clients for MCA Group.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys music including singing with a choir and living well by going on long walks, indulging in good food, working out and spending time with his family.
