MCA group is now known as echelon

A new name to reflect our fresh, evidence-informed approach to leadership and corporate psychology.

We are so proud to announce that MCA group will now be known as echelon Leadership Psychology. This exciting change marks a significant milestone in the company’s evolution, sparked by the appointment of our new directors, Kat Poulton and Nathan Steinhardt, along with Peter Andrewartha.  

The new brand name and identity better align with our fresh, evidence-informed approach to leadership and corporate psychology and continue the advancements we’ve made in developing influential workplaces and effective teams across Melbourne, Victoria and Australia. 


The name echelon reflects the firm’s expertise in “unlocking leadership within” individuals and organisations.  While the word has been used synonymously with the idea of an elite class, the rebrand seeks to reclaim the word for its original intended use; to reference the layers that we work with both within organisations and individuals, and our focus on supporting them to rise or level up.


We are united in the belief that leadership potential exists within everyone and can be “unlocked” with the right psychological and structural support.

The new visual identity and logo have been designed to represent this multifaceted approach, symbolising the different aspects of organisations, interpersonal dynamics, human behaviour, data, and strategy that echelon integrates to drive real and persistent outcomes for our clients.
